The following guide introduces the use of the  Android and iOS mobile interface for ProgressionLIVE with AcombaX.

A. Using the Android Mobile Interface


1.Download the ProgressionLIVE application

  • Android devices

Install via Google Play Store



2. Connect to ProgressionLIVE

3. Create an invoice 

  • Press.




4. Select invoice client

  • Press on  to display list of clients.

  • If necessary, press  to synchronize the client list (synchronization is only possible if you are online).

  • To search the client list, press, enter a criterion in the text field and press on. ④⑤

  • Select the client (e.g. "DiffusionSolutions Intégrées")that you want to invoice.

  • Press on  to save the invoice.

  • Once the invoice is saved, its number in ProgressionLIVEis displayed at the top of the green bar.

  • The button  allows changes to the invoice status. Its colour indicates invoice status.

  • You can edit the invoice by pressing on.

  • The open invoice is added to the task list.


5. Adding items to the invoice

  • Select an invoice.

  • Press on  to display the list of items (invoices).

  • Inthe list of items, press on  to and an item associated with a catalogue product.

  • Inthe window that will appear, press on  to select a product.

  • If necessary, press on  to synchronize the list of catalogue products (synchronization is only possible if you are online).

  • To search the product list, enter a criterion in the text field  and press on. ⑮⑯

  • Selecta product (e.g. "pe110 - shovel") to invoice.

  • The edit window for the item is displayed. If necessary, make changes and press.

  • Press on  to save the list of items.

  • Press on "Back" to return to the list of items.

  • Press on  or "Back" to save the list of items and return to the invoice.



6. Complete the invoice

  • Once the invoice is finished, change the status to"INVOICE COMPLETED".To do this, press  in the invoice window, then, in the window that will appear, press on .

    • When the invoice status becomes "INVOICE COMPLETED", it no longer appears on the task list, because you cannot move an invoice beyond this status on a mobile device.

    • The invoice can be found in the list of completed tasks which can be accessed by pressing  in the main menu.

    • The invoice is displayed in the completed task list for a day or until you log out.

    • The circle in invoice logo indicate its status as "INVOICECOMPLETED."

*When an invoice is completed on a mobile device, you can move its status to "InvoiceApproved" in  Plight so it can then be processed in AcombaX.



Your invoice is now saved in ProgressionLIVE and is now ready to be transferred to AcombaX.

B. Using the iOS Mobile Interface


1. Download the ProgressionLIVE application.

  • Apple devices
