The "Reports" menu allows you to generate reports for four kinds of data.


1. Time entries


A. Select the report's time parameters.

B. Human resources: Allows you to create the report for one or more employees' time entries. If the box is empty, your report will be for each of your employees.

C. Clients: Allows you to create the report for one or more clients. If the box is empty, your report will be for all your clients.

D. Locations: Allows you to create the report for one or more locations. If the box is empty, your report will be for all locations.

E. Group by date: If you check this option, each date of your report will be on a new page. 


2. Timesheets

This type of report gives the timesheets for a given period. You can group them by: client, human resources, activity by human resource, or by location.


3. Tasks log

This type of report shows the details on tasks for a given period. You can choose whether or not to display the summary, total price, items, total times, detailed times, signature, balance owing or payment details for each task displayed.

The "Date field" box lets you select the date that will be used for the tasks. You can choose between: the completion date (incomplete tasks will therefore not be displayed), the date of the last status reached, or the meeting date.


4. Payments received

This type of report shows all payments received over a given period.
