1. Click the "Timesheet" menu.



2. Clickto enter time.




3. Fill out the information in the "Time Entry" window.


4. Clickto save the time entry. 




The time entry will be displayed in the timesheet:

1. Open a task.


2. Clickin the task.




3. Clickto enter time.




4. Fill out the information in the "Time Entry" window.

5. Clickto save the time entry.




The time entry will be displayed in the timesheet for the task (1) and in the application's "Timesheet" module (2) :

C. Automatically entering time related to a task


Note: To create automatic time entries in a task, you need to have activities linked to the process. The link is done with the Logic ID (see Configuration of the Timesheet module - web Interface)

Exemple :


1. Progress a task toward the 300 - On route status (activity with Logic ID of 300).

  • A "Start" time entry is input to the task's timesheet (1) and in the application's "Timesheet" module (2) for the activity that is "On route".

2. Progress a task toward the 400 - Work commenced status (activity with Logic ID of 400).

  • An "End" time entry is entered in the task's timesheet (1) and the application's "Timesheet" module (2) for the "On route" activity.
  • A duration is entered for the "On route" activity (1, 2).

  • A "Start" time entry is inputted into the task's timesheet (3) and the application's "Timesheet" module (4) for the "In progress" activity.

3. Progress a task toward the 600 - Work completed status (activity with Logic ID of 600).

  • An "End" time entry is entered in the task's timesheet (1) and the application's "Timesheet" module (2) for the "In progress" activity.
  • A duration is entered for the "In progress" activity (1, 2).

4. This is the result in the task's timesheet (1) and the application's "Timesheet" module (2), after the time entries have been completed.
