If you do not see your human resources on the map, it can be due to a variety of factors.

1. Make sure their mobile tracking is shared with ProgressionLIVE and is activated.

For the right method on iOS (iPhone/iPad).

For the right method on Android.

2. Make sure your phone is connected to the network. If it isn't, the GPS coordinates might not take.

3. Make sure the ProgressionLIVE configuration allows for GPS tracking.
