If an error of this type occurs: "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID{000000E4-0000-000F-1000-000AC0BA1001} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not saved (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154(REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).". This is because the SDK DLLs are not properly saved on the server on which AcombaWebService is installed.


Follow these steps to re-save the DLLs:


  1. Openthe Acomba software

  2. Goto the Info menu> About


  1. Press the "Info" button on the bottom left-hand side of the window


  1. Go to the SDK tab, make sure that the directory is properly configured and then press "Save Configuration"
