1. Click "Create a time entry" in the "Timesheet" menu.

The following window will open

2. Fill out the information in the "Time Entry" window.


3. Click "Save". 


B. Manually entering time  related to a task


1. Click the task's "Timesheet"  tab.

2. Click "Create" to add a time entry and the "Time Entry" window will open.

3. Fill out the information in the "Time  Entry" window.


4. Click "Save"  in the "Time Entry" window. 


5.  Click "Save"  in the task's window.


C. Automatically entering time related to a task


Note: To create automatic time entries in a task, you need to have activities linked to the process. The link is done with the Logic ID (see Configuration of the Timesheet module - web Interface ).

Example :


1. Progress the task toward  the 300 - On route status (activity with Logic ID of 300).

  • A "Start" time entry is entered in the task's "Timesheet" tab for the "En route" activity.

2. Progress the task toward the 400 - Work commenced status (activity with Logic ID of 400).

  • An "End" time entry is entered in the task's "Timesheet" tab for the "En route" activity.
  • A duration is entered for the On the road activity.
  • A "Start" time entry is entered in the task's "Timesheet" tab for the "In progress" activity.

3. Progress the task toward the 600 - Work completed status (activity with Logic ID of 600).

  • An "End" time entry is entered in the task's "Timesheet" tab for the "In progress" activity.
  • A duration is to be recorded for the "In progress" activity.
