The following guide introduces the use of the ProgressionLIVE web interface with AcombaX.

A. Connecting to the Web Interface


1. Open your Internet browser (preferably Google Chrome).

2. Go to the web address provided by your in-house ProgressionLIVE administrator.



3. After entering the web address, enter the login information that your in-house ProgressionLIVE administrator gave you, or your username (an email address) and your password.

  • Click on "Submit".


B. Searching Forand Viewing Invoices

1. Click on the "List" to display the list of tasks (invoices).



2. Select a filter from the dropdown menu "Filter".


Available filters are:

  • "This week" (by default): selects "Draft", "Draft-Assigned", "Invoice Open" and "Invoice Completed" tasks from the current week with an appointment date.

  • "Today": selects "Draft", "Draft-Assigned", "InvoiceOpen" and "Invoice Completed" tasks whose appointment date is the current date.

  • "To plan": selects "Draft" and "Draft - Assigned" tasks with or without an appointment date.

  • "In progress": selects "Invoice Open" tasks with or without an appointment date.

  • "To process": selects "Invoice Completed", "Invoice Approved" and "Invoice Transferred" (tasks that have been completed on a mobile device) tasks.


3. Click on "Search" to search for a task (invoice).



Available criteria are:

  • "Employee"

  • "Appointment"

  • "Status"

  • "Code" (e.g. "#F000004")

  • "Client"

  • "Location" (unnecessary in Beta version)

  • "Type" (type of task)


4. Once you have entered the criteria, click "Search" (at the bottom of the search criteria section). The search result is displayed under the search criteria section. 

*To cancel the search, click "Cancel" at the bottom of the search criteria section or "Search" at the top right.


C.Transferring Quotes to AcombaX


    1. Click on "List".

    2. Click on the code of a quote (e.g. "#SOU000060") to display it.

    3. Click on "Edit".

    4. Click on "Change Status".

    5. Click on "Quote Completed".

    6. Click on "Save".

    *The colour and icon of the circle displayed at the top of the window indicate the status "Quote Completed".
    *The date and time of the change are displayed in blue under the task status.          


    7. To transfer the quote to AcombaX, you have two options:

    Option 1: Wait for the automatic import of invoices and quotes every hour (by default).

    Option 2: Import the quote using the synchronization agent.



    8. How do I know if the quote was correctly transferred to AcombaX from ProgressionLive?

    *The colour of the circle icon displayed at the top of the window indicates the status "Quote Transferred".

    *The date and time of the status change are displayed in blue under the task status.

    *If necessary, refresh the web page is the status has not changed.



D. TransferringInvoices to AcombaX


1. Click on "List".

2. Click on the code of an invoice (e.g. "#F000058") to display it.

3. Click on "Edit".

4. Click on "Change Status".

5. Click on "Invoice Completed".
6. Click on "Invoice Approved".

7. Click on "Save."

*The colour of the circle icon displayed at the top of the window indicates the status "Invoice Approved".

*The date and time of the status change are displayed (in blue) under the task status.


        

8. To transfer the invoice to AcombaX, you have two options:

    Option1: Wait for the automatic import of invoices and quotes every hour (by default).

    Option2: Import the quote using the synchronization agent.



9. How to know if the quote was correctly transferred to AcombaX from ProgressionLive?

    *The colour of the circle icon displayed at the top left of the window indicates the status "Quote Transferred".

    *The date and time of the status change are displayed in blue under the task status.

    *If necessary, refresh the web page is the status has not changed.

    *The invoice number displayed at the top of the page corresponds to the invoice number in AcombaX.

        


E. Advanced operations


1. Adding employees

  • Click on "Employees" in the menu bar.

  • Click on "Add."

  • Fill in the mandatory fields: "Name", "Email", "Telephone", "Password" and "Confirmation".

  • You can also add the employee's signature and photo by downloading files.

  • Click on "Save" at the top right.

  • The employee record is displayed. If you have attached a signature, click on it to view it.

  • To deactivate the employee, click on "Deactivate."

  • To edit the information in the employee record, click "Edit".

  • When you click again on "Employees", the employee (e.g. "John Doe") is displayed on the list.

*The number of users is adjusted according to the addition or deactivation of an employee.


2. Edit your profile (e.g. your password)

  • Click your employee name at the right end of the menu bar.

  • Click on "My Profile" to display and edit the information in your user profile.

  • To change your password, enter a new password in the fields "Password" and "Confirm".

  • Click on "Save" at the top right.

*The message "Your profile has been modified with success" will display.


3. View the client list

  • Click on "Clients" in the menu bar.

  • Click on "Search" to search the client list.

Available criteria are:

  • "Name"

  • "City"

  • "Telephone"

  • "Address"

  • "Contact"

  • "Email"

  • Once you have entered the criteria, click "Search"(at the bottom of the search criteria section). The search result is displayed under the search criteria section.
    *To cancel the search, click "Cancel" at the bottom of the search criteria section or "Search" at the top right.



4. View the product list

  • Click on "Products" in the menu bar.

  • Click on "Search" to search the product list.


Available criteria are:

  • "Product code"

  • "Description"

  • "Name"

  • "Type"

  • Once you have entered the criteria, click "Search". The search result is displayed under the search criteria section.
    *To cancel the search, click "Cancel" at the bottom of the search criteria section or "Search" at the top right.
