Important: We strongly recommend against making changes in the following sections without first discussing it with your ProgressionLIVE project manager or with technical support. The changes could have a serious impact on your account.

A. Files
This section lets you upload files to your account. The files will then be usable when creating tasks.
Example: Upload a comprehensive service offer for your clients that will eventually be attached to all "Quote" type tasks.
B. Task types
You will find all your task types in this section. You can configure them, change their name or prefix, their underlying form, etc.

C. Types
In this section, you can create entities (tasks, products, customers, etc.) that can contain dynamic fields adapted to your needs. Forms are created in this section. Advanced training, however, is needed to create your own forms and apply them in your account.
D. Tags
In this section, you can create tags that will help in your searches in ProgressionLIVE.
Examples of tags: "Territory A" and "Territory B"
You could add those tags to each of your tasks, which would group them into Territory A or B. This would make it easy to display your tasks one territory at a time.
E. Lists
In this section, you can configure the lists (pull-down menus) appearing in your task fields.
F. Property configuration
In this section, you can manage and configure properties. For example, you can determine which fields cannot be left blank in the tasks. Or, you can make the signature field compulsory for certain kinds of task. You can also configure default values for selected fields.
G. Plugins
This section is normally reserved for the programmers. It contains automated actions specific to your ProgressionLIVE account.
H. Roles
This section is normally reserved for the programmers and project managers.
It is where access rights for each role (administrator, dispatcher, client, etc.) are configured.
I. Reports
This section is normally reserved for the programmers.
It contains the list of standard and custom reports.
J. Taxes
In this section, you can add or change tax configurations associated with a client, task, product or category of products.
Click "Add" to create a new tax, then enter its configuration information.
