The "Tasks" menu is where you can view all your tasks from ProgressionLIVE's various display modes.
There are 4 task viewing modes.
A. "List" Mode
The List mode allows you to view all of your tasks and their status in a single table.
This is the ideal place to do a specific task search using filters.
"New Filter Window"
"Apply": Once you have entered the search criteria, this function is used to start a search.
Tasks that match the search criteria will appear right section of the "Results" window.
"Save": This function allows you to save the filter criteria on the screen under a specific name.
Later on, you can reuse this set of criteria by choosing the name under which you saved it.
"New": This function allows you to erase the criteria that have been entered.
It is possible to enter more than one search criterion in a filter.
If no criteria are entered, the result will show all tasks.
For date criteria, it is possible to choose a single criterion (unless you select "Specific Dates").
Several choices are available ("Today," "Yesterday," "This week," etc.).
* Note that the criteria for the week are in the current week, from Sunday to Saturday. Monthly criteria is always from the 1st to the last day of the current month.
If the available filters do not match what you are looking for, use the additional criteria. These criteria vary from one account to another and allow you to search through all the fields in your ProgressionLIVE account.
In the "Results" window, you will see the tasks that match the search criteria that you entered.
It is possible to "Select All" or "Unselect All" the tasks.
When one or more tasks are selected, you can change their status at the same time by clicking on "Change Status." You can also select tasks individually and right-click to change their status.
By clicking on "Export to Excel," you can generate an Excel file that contains all the data on your tasks in one file.
By clicking on "Export in PDF," you can generate a report on the selected tasks or a report on all the tasks present in ProgressionLIVE.

Finally, by clicking on "Position from Address, " you can geographically locate customers from their address.
B. "Dispatch" Mode
"Dispatch" mode allows you to view your "Human Resources" (on the left), have a "Summary View" (at the top right) or a "Detailed View" (at the bottom right) on a given date.
The "Human Resources" window shows their availability and the number of tasks assigned to them.
It is possible to modify human resources information from this window by clicking on their name.
In "Summary View," you can see the number of tasks according to their status (Open, Assigned, Dispatched, Completed or Total) and the type of task.
If you click on the underlined numbers, the tasks of the selected status will be displayed in the "Detailed View."
By clicking on "Group by this Field" you can organize what is in "Detailed View" according to your preference.
For example, group tasks by priority, by state, or by human resources.
You can dispatch tasks (all or only selected ones) from the "Dispatch" button.
You can also dispatch them by selecting a task and clicking the right mouse button.
The "Edit Mode" allows you to modify task information directly in the interface by double-clicking on the information that you wish to modify.
The "Change View" button allows you to change the information in "Summary View" according to your preference.
It is always possible to change the order of the columns in ProgressionLIVE. To do this, you must click on a column, hold down the mouse button and move the column to the desired location.
C. "Planning" Mode
The "Planning" mode allows you to perform your task management by day, week or month in a calendar in the form of a bar graph (Gantt chart).
In the left window, "Tasks to Schedule," you can view the tasks that need to be scheduled.
In the middle window "Planning," you can see the human resources that are linked to your account and to the right of the schedule a calendar that displays tasks by day, week or month.
Follow this procedure to schedule your tasks:
1. Click a task while holding down the mouse button.
2. Drag and drop the task into the calendar at the time and human resource chosen.
When the task is assigned to a human resource, it is simply "Assigned."
In other words, it has not yet been sent to the human resource's mobile device.
There are two ways to "Dispatch" the task on the human resource's mobile device.
Option 1: Click on the phone next to the human resource to dispatch all tasks that have been "Assigned" to this resource.
Option 2: At the top of the calendar, click on "Dispatch All Tasks." This will dispatch all the tasks you have assigned to your various human resources.
It is possible to change the display configuration in the "Display" area.
This is where the calendar display is selected (day, week, or month).
By clicking on "Options," you will have the choice of setting more details (hours, beginning of the week, etc.).
The above functionality is also available for equipment (e.g assigning equipment to a task).
To view your equipment, instead of your human resources, click on "Type: Human Resource" and choose "Equipment" instead.
You will then be able to plan or view the use of your equipment on the calendar.
The configuration of the equipment calendar is the same as that of human resources.
D. "Scheduled Tasks" Mode
The "Scheduled Task" is used to automate the creation of tasks on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
When you click on "Create schedule," a window for creating a "Schedule" will open.
Here, you can enter the desired information to create future tasks.
Important : Saving or modifying an existing recurrence could result in the creation of duplicate tasks.
To avoid this situation, it is important to select tasks in the "Future tasks to cancel upon schedule change" window before saving this recurrence. This action will remove existing tasks related to this recurrence, which will avoid creating duplicate tasks.
